These beads became a form of currency taken to foreign shores in exchange for goods like spices, fabrics, and palm oil. We are so inspired by these materials that have traversed the globe and passed through so many hands over the past two centuries. 

Lizzie not only researched and selected all the antique trade beads herself, but also handmade each of these pieces. This little capsule allowed her to flex her favorite muscle - super creative, limited edition design.
